1. Services Provided
We offer audits, consultations, implementation of automation solutions, and ongoing administrative support (updates, maintenance, bug fixes) for healthcare and other business clinics.

2. Eligibility
Our services are available to business users (B2B) in USA, UK, Canada, Australia. You must be 16+ to use our services.

3. Use of Service
By using our website and services:

You confirm all information is accurate and lawful.

You agree not to use our services for illegal or prohibited actions.

4. Payment & Refunds
Audit services are subject to a $1500 fee, which is fully credited towards further paid implementation.
Other service fees are listed or quoted individually.
Refunds are provided per individual agreement if full implementation is chosen.

5. Intellectual Property
All audit reports, implementation guides and custom solutions delivered remain our intellectual property until full payment. You may not duplicate, share or resell these materials without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to deliver reliable automation and consultancy. However, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages, temporary service interruptions, or third-party failures.

7. Termination & Cancellation
You may cancel ongoing services by written notice (email). We may suspend services for non-payment or misuse.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website—please check them before each engagement.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, unless agreed otherwise.
